The Great Wandering Spirit of the North blew across the pine forests of the valleys between the Great Mountains, kissing the forest floor and blessing it on the eve of creation. Up from the moss that covered the forest floor came the Great Medicine Hat Stallion. The summer turned to fall and then fall to winter, and finally when the snow was beginning to melt, the Great Medicine Hat Stallion began to look for mares to form for himself a herd. Not one of the regular mares of the land captured his fancy and so he galloped alone the mountain ridges calling the lights from the sky to come down to him. From the sky came the Northern Lights as bright chestnut coloured mares. They danced with the Medicine Hat Stallion for all of spring but when summer came they fled back to the northern skies. The next spring the Northern Lights came back to the earth to foal. Five spotted foals were born to the land; The Great Medicine Hat Stallion's children. Each was given an elemental name and once they were old enough to leave their mothers they went their separate ways. The strongest and first born of the Five Spirit Horses came across a young girl one day at a watering hole. The moment their eyes met their spirits were one. The other four of the Spirit Horses cursed the fifth for his relationship with the girl, but The Great Medicine Hat Stallion had foreseen such a bond and blessed it. For he knew that from their bond would spring a new being, a great but confused being. The offspring of the Spirit Horse and the Girl were called children of the Great Wandering Spirit for there was no other way to classify such a being. They were blessed but cursed, human but beast, and were often scoffed at by the others. They hid away in the forests because of their shame. But one day they will rise as the superior creatures of the Great Mountains. This is their clan. |

The Clan of the Wandering Spirit is a Minitaur clan that is run and owned by Tlouey. It is a Public Clan that anyone may enter their Minitaurs into. But before your Minitaur can become a part of this particular clan, they must first be okayed by Tlouey. TO make sure that your minitaurs qualify for entry into this particular clan, please check out the criteria below. Clan Criteria - Must be a Registered Minitaur - Human half must be dark skinned and dark haired - Horse half must have horse-like colouration - Clothing Theme must be Native American or something like it - Minitaur adopter must follow rules of Adoption properly If your Minitaur(s) meet the above criteria and you would like them to be a part of the Clan of the Wandering Spirit. Please email Tlouey with the subject line of the email being "Clan of the Wandering Spirit". Make sure that you tell me the name, id# and provide a link to the page where the minitaur is posted on your website. Once your Minitaur has been approved you will be expected to link to this page from your Minitaur's stats table so that other members of the clan can be seen. Note: Your internet name, website link and email will be posted on this webpage. In this clan, permission to breed with the male clan members is automatically granted to the female members come breeding. It is common courtesy to message the owner of the male before breeding to him, regardless. If a certain adopter wants to use a certain female clan member, however, permission must be granted by the owner first.
