In the beginning the earth and everything within and outside of it was created but all was in chaos. So, to bring peace to a chaotic world there were five Deities created and they were set as the rulers over the five elements of the entirety of creation. These Deities were created in the forms of dragons, and would be called the four goddesses of earth, wind (or air), water, and fire. But there was a fifth Dragon Deity, he was the god of the expanse of time. Each dragon lived within the element she (or in the case of Time, he) governed. Soon they took on the shape, colour and temperment of that which they ruled. Lanthir, Goddes of Water Although she is the goddess of water, Lanthir does not necissarily always dwell within the sea. She has been known to take many forms and states but most often can be seen as either a Wyrm or Sea Serpant. Lanthir tends to bond with sea serpant type dragons but is not limited to that one, single body-type when bonding. The colours she usually bears are blues and greens like the sea, but also pastel colours, dark colours, dull or bright colours and crystal-like colours depending on her mood. She is able to freeze things with her mind (M), call rain storms and other forms of precipitation(C), she can manipulate all forms of water, humidity and precipations, can shape shift and liquify herself (B) and has the most shrill, high-pitched voice one could possibly imagine which can be used to shatter things like glass and ice (B). When she bonds with a mortal dragon who possesses any of these sorts of powers they get heightened substantially. Keahi, Goddess of Fire Usually taking the form of a winged eastern imperial dragon, Keahi is known to have serious maniacal tendencies. She could be characterised as fun-loving and fast-living but she has a sick sence of humor, a bad temper and is not easily reasoned with. Although as said before she is usually seen as a winged eastern imperial dragon, Keahi can be found as pretty much any sort of dragon. Another type of dragon that is more usual to find her in the form of would be a Hydra. Reds, Oranges and Yellows are her main colours, sometimes warm hues of blues will also be part of her apparel... along with a vast amount of black. Keahi can boil water into steam and then manipulate that steam, she can melt things or cause them to combust (M). She can blind or suffocate her enemies with smoke and sparks (C). She can induce volcanic activity and call / control lava and magma (C). Keahi breathes fire (B) and manipulates any form of flame (M), she can also hide in the flames as she is the very essence of them (B). When Keahi bonds with a mortal dragon their temperment usually skyrockets and any powers that the dragon posessed that are related to fire will be heightened substantially. Milana, Goddess of Earth Mother Milana is a very wise and nurturing deity, she is level-headed and patient. She can usually be found in Western Dragon form and she holds a rainbow of colours that she calls her own but is mainly green, brown, orange, & red in colour. She can hurl large and small rocks with her mind (M), as well as call / grow vines, flowers, trees and other sorts of vegitation by just thinking of them (C) and they do her bidding (M). Milana can cause the earth to tremble (C) and can manipulate minerals, gems and crystals. Her scales act like a chamelion and change with her background (B). Mother Milana can breathe both life, via oxygen, and death, via poisonous fumes (B). When Milana bonds with a mortal dragon their fertility rises, their temperment falls and their related powers are heightened substantially. Gwae, Goddess of Wind Mostly seen in a dragon form that possesses wings, Gwae is usually described as a Wyvern or Amphiptere. She surrounds herself in blues and purples, sometimes with pale yellows, oranges and greens, and enjoys encompassing the purity of the colour white. Very wise and knowledgable, Gwae can call upon the wind and the lightning and thunder to do her bidding (C). Although she is known to be wise, Gwae is seen as rather whimsical in appearance and demeanour. She is very swift there is great force in her movement although she has much grace. She can be visible or invisible when she wants (B) and can hide things within exsisting clouds and fogs (M). Gwae can call upon the mists of confusion to encompass who she wants (C) and electricity desires to follow her demands (C). Gwae can use the wind to destroy things or blow them away (M) and her scales are filled with energy and are quite shocking to touch (B). When Gwae bonds with a mortal dragon their fertility rises and their related powers are heightened substantially. Ekar, God of Time Father or Master Ekar is not often seen, he is all around you and calls all things to order, when he is seen he is most often described as being much like that of a Black and White Wyvern or an Amphiptere with eastern influence. The wisest of all, Ekar can combine and use the powers of any and all of the elements (M). He can time travel (B) and can stop, slow down or speed up time (M), he is the keeper of time and can call on it or anything it controls (all things) to do his bidding (C). Ekar, the overseer of all, is not likely to bond with a mortal but when he does amazing things happen and all of that dragon's powers are heightened substantially. |
